Hi, I'm Kamilla.

I've spent more than ten years in fashion, from the needle up. It started at the sewing table, as a tailor and garment technician building product by hand, later backed by a B.Eng. in Clothing Technology and Management, the point where the technical craft and the business side meet.
From there I moved through quality management, product development, e-commerce, marketing and launch coordination, and came to know the whole journey of a product: from first sample to launch day, including exactly where it quietly falls apart.
And across all of it, the same problem kept showing up: great products, ambitious teams, and complete disconnect between departments. Marketing waiting on product. Operations out of the loop. Nobody quite sure where the launch actually stands.
I knew it didn't have to be this way.
So now I help fashion and beauty brands build the system that connects product development, marketing and launch operations into one seamless whole. Not three separate functions, but one strategic partner who sees the full picture.
